Wow!

It is amazing how much these 6 girls have grown and changed in the 2 1/2 years they have been with their families. It is amazing just looking at how much they have changed since last year. The best part of the trip for me was when they told me they had voted and made Courtney an honorary "sister" of the group. Courtney can be very sensitive to not being like everyone else or not being included so I know this is going to make her so happy when she gets older.

CR 2011 part 2

China Reunion 2011

We had our 2nd annual China travel group reunion this past week. It was so great to see everyone and to see how the girls have all grown and changed. We went to Chicago this year which was great for me because I had never been there before and it was on my list of places to see. It was great for Brent because he lived just outside of Chicago for 4 years and his parents were both from the area. I must say that Chicago is a beautiful city with so much to do and see and much cleaner than I would have expected such a large city to be. I am sure we will make a trip back in the future either without kids or when the kids are older and can enjoy all it has to offer a little more. Debbie, thanks for making sure we could experience as much as possible in a very short time and Jen K. thanks for already thinking about next year, it sounds perfect already! Enjoy the pictures. We made a quick stop in Indy again at the children's museum on the way and had dinner with a dear friend again.

4th of July

We got home early enough to spend part of the 4th with daddy which was nice since it was Courtney's 1st 4th of July!!!!

4th Weekend in KY

Brent had to work all weekend the weekend of the 4th so I took the girls to KY to spend time with their grandparents and to see aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ice Cream with Daddy

After we got back from Memphis Brent has some extra time off with the girls one day and took them to the zoo. After lunch they had an ice cream cone. Love the look on Courtney's face and wow look how fast the ice cream disappeared!!! I wonder if Daddy ate most of it????
